Our team members work on a commission basis, meaning they do not receive compensation for last-minute cancellations or no-shows. To ensure fair compensation for their time, the following policies apply:
Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 48 hours of the scheduled time will incur a fee of 50% of the service cost, charged to the credit card on file.
Appointments canceled, rescheduled, or missed with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 100% of the service fee, applied to the credit card on file.
Frequent rescheduling may require a non-refundable, non-transferable deposit to secure future appointments. Continued cancellations, no-shows, or rescheduling may result in refusal of service.
If you anticipate being late, please notify us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate you; however, late arrivals may need to be rescheduled or canceled, and the applicable same-day cancellation/rescheduling fee will apply.
A $50 fee will be charged to the card on file for any missed MedSpa consultations or same-day cancellations.
We are a locally owned business that treats and respects their employees like family. We work hard to ensure our guests have an exceptional experience. If you are not able to extend the same kindness and respect, we will kindly ask that you visit another establishment.
To secure your appointment, we kindly require a credit card on file at the time of booking.
While we adore children, we ask that you arrange for childcare on the day of your appointment. For safety and comfort, additional visitors are discouraged during services.
For a relaxing experience, we ask that cell phones be set to silent during services. If you need to take a call, please step into the reception area or outside.
Please ensure all consent forms sent via email at the time of booking are fully completed before your appointment.
We recommend arriving 10 minutes early to complete any necessary forms and to allow time to settle in comfortably before your service.
Retail products may be returned within 10 days of purchase.
Memberships, packages, and gift card purchases are non-refundable.
We strive to provide exceptional services. If you are not fully satisfied, please inform us within one (1) hour of your appointment, and we will do our best to address your concerns.
In compliance with state board regulations, our licensed technicians are prohibited from performing services on any individual who has a contagious disease that could be transmitted during the service, or is showing signs of infection, such as reddened, swollen, erupted, or open skin.
